They may arrive and get a spot near the woods and in that case you can move your gear in the tree-line and set up there. Do a lot of people use this service? We are curious about how reliable they are. Also wondering how it works with the tickets.
Thanks!

@Anna, we removed Road Trip Rentals from the site a couple weeks ago. They won’t be on site but we will be working with The Show Sherpa, who will have a variety of choices for all size camps. Info should be up on reserving space with them by the end of next week.

I have a question about road trip rentals. On their site it says that they will set up a camper for you. Do you guys allow them to set up early so that we would be able to come on thursday? Do a lot of people use this service? We are curious about how reliable they are. Also wondering how it works with the tickets.
Thanks!
Anna

@Chuck, there is a bit of both: car camping in an open field and some orchard/tree grove areas that you can haul in your gear and camp a bit removed from the vehicles. The earlier you arrive, the more choices you have.

what is the camping like? Is it wooded and everyone has their own plot or is it more communal. i.e. in a field every man for himself?

@CB, The Festy is primarily a primitive/non-rv camping event. We do allow RV’s on site but most folks are tent camping. Single-day tickets will go on sale closer to the event when the schedule is released. We’ll let you know via our email newsletter.

When will single-day, non-camping, tickets be purchased or is this just an RV event?

Is it possible to purchase just a day or even one evening pass? Thanks!

Hi Bettsy, Each patron (over 12 years old) needs to have a festival ticket. All camping including the RV area is primitive. If you do purchase an RV pass (one per RV, not per person) that will include septic pumping at the end of the festival/before you leave. Thanks!

What would be the total cost if someone brought their RV? I know it says 39.00. What about electricity, ? and then concerts? thanks

Katlyn, we may have single day tickets (obviously w/o camping) available when the schedules are announced provided we haven’t reached the capacity. Stay tuned.

Do you have single day passes with no camping? I am specifically targetting the Friday night shows only.
Thanks!

All tickets include camping at this time. Its fine to day-park, camping is just part of the “experience”. There may be single-day tickets available closer to the festival. Those obviously would not include camping, but if you’d like to attend all three days, this is definitely your best option. Thanks Caroline!

Do you have any tickets that don’t involve camping? We don’t want to camp.
